I tried out a lot of makeup artists but I couldn't find anyone I really liked. I just didn't feel like myself. So I did my own makeup and practiced it a few times before the big day!
Here's what I used-
Tanner:
L’Oreal Sublime Bronze Luminous Bronzer
*This is yellow based so it won't make you look orange. I moisturized a lot before I went to bed, put this on and let it dry for a minute before I put on clothes/went to sleep. In the morning, I showered like normal (no scrubbing or exfoliating! do that before this goes on!) and dried my hair and I was ready to go! I used only one coat. If you see any streaks, try to rub them in as best you can. If you see streaks, they will dry like that. Definitely recommend trying self tanners out way before the wedding.
Skin:
Dinair Airbrush, Paramedical/Camouflage
*I have really oily skin so I went w/ the Paramedical makeup. It stayed put all day, even after kissing, etc.! It can be a little drying, so make sure you moisturize well AND use a good primer.
2 drops of Golden Tan
4 drops of Lt. Golden Beige
Laura Mercier Bronzing Pressed Powder in Golden Bronze (brushed on hairline and hollows of cheeks)
TheBalm blush in Down Boy
Bare Minerals Original Mineral Veil (with airbrush, it's best to use a powder puff and press it into the makeup)
Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer in Beige 8
Eyes:
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, Original
Laura Mercier Metallic Crème Eye Color in Rose Gold (on the lid)
MAC Eyeshadow in All That Glitters (inner corner and browbone)
MAC Eyeshadow in Sketch (outer corner)
MAC Eyeshadow in Cork (crease and under the eye)
MAC Eyeshadow in Carbon (lined top lashline)
MAC Eyeshadow in Ricepaper (just under the eyebrow, blended into All That Glitters)
Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner in Black Ink (lined the waterline, if you have contacts, don't use this though!)
Lashes:
MAC 7 Lashes
CoverGirl LashBlast Waterproof Volume Mascara in Very Black
Lips:
MAC Lipliner in Oak
MAC Pro-Longwear Lipcreme in Overtime
Butter London Lippy Lipgloss in Teddy Girl
Laura Geller Lip Spackle (Pat this onto lips first. It will fill in the lips and keep your makeup from moving around. Can be a bit drying though.)
Hope this helps someone out there!

Thanks for posting everything that you used. I have always enjoyed make-up but have never used the high end stuff. I am always looking for long lasting products that won't break the bank but sometimes you have to pay a little more for quality when it comes to make up! |

You were a beautiful bride!!! Love your makeup
