The surprise of my life

Well Ronnie is very sneaky, between him,his parents and mine, they all had this little surprise planned out. He had actually "text" my dad and ask his permission to marry me. His dad,my mom and him went out on a ring buying mission. By the second store, they had found the one, and although I dont know what the others looked like, I love t he ring. He was planning on doing this on valentines day at a great resturant we go to for special occassions but he was very nervous to do it by himself, and thought that I would suspect something, so he did it the weekend before. A total family dinner was planned including my grandparents, he asked his best friend to be the best man,ordered a cake, with the proposal written on it. We both had to work that nite and he even got his hrs changed, he was running late and nobody could figure out why,,turns out he was sooo nervous about what he was planning on doing, that he hit a parked car from behind, he stopped to do the legal stuff but the kids inside wanted no part of it,,since they were doing something they shouldnt have been doing. Finally he got there, we all ate dinner and finally the dessert was brought out to me. The box was closed and I wasnt paying any attention, as I opened it up to cut, it took me afew mins to actually realize what it said. I realized then, he was beside me on the 1 knee with the ring in hand and asking me. At that time, all I could really make out was blah,blah,blah,,,a ring!!!!...lmao. That was Feb, 6th 2010, a day we will never forget. We are so happy that all our family was there to share with us this special time of our lives.
