My wedding best friend Jessica said I have to fill this out.. so here goes...
My soon to be fiance told me he was going to propose... he didn't say when or how but he showed me the solitaire that he is going to have re-made. Most people would say that is crazy, and to an extent that is what I say too! He should have totally surprised me... but that isn't how we work. We can't hide one single thing from each other. Good or bad. "I have a confession" is the most common thing we say, other than "I love," and this can be from "I had a chocolate chip cookie at lunch" to "I still bounce when I see you in the morning."
Bounce: Verb- When you feel the butterflies in your stomach and your heart feels like it is going jump into your throat and out of your body!
I am constantly thinking of ways that he is going to propose or when... and it kills me! I have a few ideas, but I know that I am going to be surprised and absolutely thrilled! I am already planning, I am deciding between themes and colors... and Jessica is my pseudo planner, and she is FREE! Well, I will say we have a trade-off... (So that means I will be using your services up until the wedding Miiss Jessica!) Dresses are killing me! I have so many ideas and I know that my dress decides the theme of the wedding. Pat and I are laid back people so I think maybe a hippie-chic wedding, wearing a simple sleeveless dress with pockets or a tea length with cute little heels and with white daisies and linens suits... BUT then there is the other route, the antique theme... I love all the lace dresses and color schemes that can go along with that!
Hopefully once there is a ring on my finger I will have a little more figured out!
I mean no harm in using people's photos. If I haven't cited you, or haven't cited you correctly, please let me know and I will do so immediatly! I just get so excited about people's creativity, and then forget where it came from and all I am left with is a saved picture!
thanks!

Tlaquepaque- Sedona Pat really likes this one. We haven't gone out to see it yet, but I think it would be perfect for the theme I choose!
http://www.ruffledblog.com I just think this is awesome! www.loveandlavender.com
Love the idea of ballons... and this dress even!!!
stolen from jennypaul87's bio! (love it!)

I am thinking of a garden theme, very antiquey, whimsical and girly.

And now for the Tea Length... http://www.stephaniejamescouture.com/
Check out the "Audrey" style! That is almost exactly what I want! But I may want it sleeveless! Soo awesome!
Necklaces
FLOWERS!!!
I want them all to wear the same "color" but different styles, and hues if they
want... we'll see where we go from here! TEA LENGTH for sure!
They all have such different body types that I don't want them to look alike when they really don't! They need to be comfortable and pretty too!
I think these are the cutest things ever! (But in my colors of course) and don't tell Milkpod Studio Etsy shop but I think I am going to try 'em out on my own first!
I just think these are absolutely stunning. I would love to have these, perhaps
with a little livelier greenery... but I think they are great!
I love this idea too...

Thinking of doing something like this but also adding an antiqued e-pic of us too!
Up like this for the reception... I also really like her makeup.
Something with bangs, a little messy, but with curls at the bottom for the ceremony
I love love love this from Junebugweddings.com
I recently heard of this "Wedding Box" but the idea of waiting 25 years, or until my marriage is in parrel didn't suit me... so I have mixed it up a bit! We are going to put the bottle of wine in the box that FI and I will have made, with 2 wine glasses and love letters to each other, saying how we knew it was right. On our one year anniversary we are going to open the box and read each other the letters and share the wine. It will be not a renewal of vows, but a reminder of what our love encompasses. And we will do this every year!

I want something different for sure! Something that SCREAMS Em & Pat! In his words, "has character." The multiple cake table I thought would be a lot of fun if we decide to DIO! I am digging all of these from www.100layercake.com
We both love cheese! I thought this would be an awesome surprise for him!

FI is VERY casual... and I don't want him to be too far out of his element for OUR special day. I am thinking linen pants and maybe him in a vest or something. There is a lot of research to do here... I am not having a lot of luck, but I think I am getting closer with pictures like this! He will also be wearing his Sanuks instead of flip flops.
FI looks super good in shades... after the ceremony, we will probably both have to have shades on because I get migraines from the sun.... and, well, he just looks good in 'em
I was thinking this would be mine and Pat’s vow to each other…
“I want to be your friend for ever and ever,
Without break or decay.
When the hills are flat and the rivers are all dry,
When it lightens and thunders in winter,
When it rains and snows in summer,
When heaven and Earth mingle,
Not till then will I part from you.”
Chinese Oath of Friendship 1st Century
And have this on the program or something…
When two people are at one
in their inmost hearts
They shatter even the strength of iron
or of bronze
And when two people understand each
other
in their inmost hearts
Their words are sweet and strong
like the fragrance of orchids.
I Ching
