Tasted them at Christmas to choose from 3, it's a hard job but we all did it!!!!!!
Our final choice is to have pink Champagne (and it will match our colour scheme) but I am really lucky, my parents friends live in France and know the vineyard owner so can get them at cost.

29.1.10 Have sorted out the menu, hurray!! My 'dream' was to be able to have a choice of menu which the caterers I used did not normally do as there is limited space for them:(. Several months and discussions later they have agreed that if I
give them the choices before the day they can do it, hurray!!!
