After the toasts and dances we decided to quickly break bread. All our guests had a choice of three entrees. Chicken Breast, Prime Rib or Halibut. Ramon and I ordered all 3 to share and boy oh boy, it sure was finger-licking mmmm-mmmm gooood! The prime rib was sooo juicy, the chicken stuffing was amazing and the halibut, well, that's all I got to say is HALIBUT! Nuff said ;)
