We flew off to San Juan as a little getaway for our 2 year anniversary together. We enjoyed a great day touring the city, and as the sun was setting on the water he was moving me to multiple locations and nervously fiddling with his pocket everywhere we went. He tried different areas as we were losing time with the sun, and because people were near us or following behind us to our different locations, he just couldn't make up his mind on where to go. Eventually he found some stairs and an empty corner along the water front. At this point I knew what was going on and just kept smiling as he led the way. He hugged me and told me he loved me so much and said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me... I quickly replied yes, snatched the ring out of the box and shoved it on my finger haha. He swears he got down on one knee but I think I jumped the gun and got overly excited about putting on the most perfect ring in the world to notice. I might have ruined his shining moment, but at this point I was drooling over the final question as if I had finally found water after walking in the desert for half a day!!! I was so happy and overjoyed!! I couldn't wait to say yes to this man and start planning our future together.
