Thanks for coming to my page!! Here is a little about me and my wonderful husband...
I teach first grade and my husband is a P.E. teacher. We taught at the same school for three years, which is where we met! After our first date he walked me to my car and I called my mom and said, "Mom, I've met the man I'm going to marry!" From then on I was in LOVE and we feel so blessed to have found each other!
We got our engagement pictures taken downtown and I LOVE them! I'm so excited for our wedding pictures now! Our phtographer got 80 really good pictures, here are a few...
Here are the Save the Dates we sent out (they are magnets designed by our photographer)
The ceremony and reception will be at six o'clock in the evening at Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park, Colorado
The girls will be wearing long black Jim Hjelm Dresses...they're beautiful on!
We are doing a black and white evening wedding with the damask print tied in.
I designed the invitations and my wonderful sister made them and hand stamped each one!
The kitchen table has been overtaken by wedding DIY!!
I got black flip flops at Michaels for .50 and then got a half off frame...whole basket was $20!
We made 75 bottles of water that turned out to be a hit at the wedding!
I'm etsy.com obsessed!! Got this plaque made on etsy and had it at the reception and now is in our house :)
Hint Number One...plan your hair trial the morning of your bachelorette party, then keep it in all day and before the party take it down and you have already cute curled hair with good body :)
We had a "married people" toy party at my friends house and then went downtown for some dancing. I ended up waking up on the bathroom floor with a nice little bed made for me infront of the toilet...must have been a good night :)
Our wedding day was more than I could have ever dreamed of or imagined. All of the millions of hours on Project Wedding and thousand of hours doing wedding stuff was completely worth it!! It was so beautiful to see all my dreams come true and look even better than I had planned in my head!
I made sure to just relax and remember that there would be some thing that would go wrong but that I just needed to enjoy the day. My husband and I took time to step back at the reception and just look at all our friends and family having fun and soak in the day. We didn't feel like the day flew by because we really tried to enjoy EVERY moment.
We did have TWO people in our bridal party pass out during the cereomoy but the day seemed perfect in our eyes!
SO girls....all the hard work is worth it and you will LOVE your day!!
I'm sad to be selling things becasue it feels like my wedding is over :( Hopefully this helps you though!!
