I sent in my playlist to the DJ yesterday evening! I'm so happy it's done, I worked on it for months! Here's a few of the highlights:

Wedding Party Entrance: "Livin on a Prayer" by Bonjovi

Bride and Groom Entrance: "Enter Sandman" by Metallica- We're huge Yankee fans, and this song is a classic Yankee's entrance for Mariano Rivera. We just HAD to do it!

First Dance: "From This Moment On" by Shania Twain and Bryan White

Father/Daughter Dance: "Blessed" by Elton John

Mother/Son Dance: "Through The Years" by Kenny Rogers

Cake Cutting: "The Sweetest Thing" by U2

Bouquet Toss: TV Theme from "Sex and the City"

Garter Removal: "Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye

Garter Toss: "Another One BItes The Dust" by Queen

Putting garter on woman who caught bouquet: "Legs" by ZZtop

Last Dance of the night: "Your Song" by Elton John (he ends all of his concerts with this song, and I love him, so I wanted to end my wedding the same way!)

We also requested pretty much anything from the 80's and asked for no cheesy line dance songs except the "Cha Cha Slide." I love that one! :)
