It's not what you're thinking... I'm talking about our doggies. Although, I am guilty of having names for our children already chosen (ha! Everyone in our family will begin with the letter "C" ), we decided that dogs would be a good first step for our parenting skills practice. Mr Wheat and I have two children, Nixon and Jackson Wheat. Their names share our middle initials (Nicole and Jay) Yeah, yeah they also share their names with former presidents but there is more creativity to their names than just that. Nixon, Curtis' initial pet, was adopted from a shelter here in Atlanta as a puppy. He is named after the Nixon watch company, in which my fiance has contributed way too much money to. Jackson, a 27th birthday present from me, is named after the petname my fiance had given me. He would always call me "Jack" and so when I brought home this beautiful 8 week old golden retriever puppy, his name became Jack!

Love the last picture, he is cuddling the dog like a big baby :)
