The Reception

We will celebrate our marriage with a reception at the beautiful and historic Lafayette Hotel in Marietta, Ohio. The hotel is at the union of the Muskingum and Ohio River. It is two blocks from the church ceremony! The hotel is a popular stop with the travel bureau.

As a kid, I never really appreciated its uniqueness or history. It is a significant landmark in my hometown. I'm excited to host the groom's family here. I believe guests will enjoy themselves in the grand ballroom celebration and then retire to their rooms for the night. PERFECT!
