Girls, without you I would never have heard I Loved Her First by Heartland.

I played it for my dad tonight. When it finished he turned and looked at me with tear-filled eyes and said it was beautiful. I told him how when I heard it first (and every time after) I bawled because there’s a lot of stuff in it that he has reminisced about over the years. His answer was "well, if it’s ok to cry..." and the tears started streaming down his cheeks. We both stayed there crying and hugging for ages.

It's definitely our song!
