Wedding Day Itinerary

For the boys...

10:00 am – Wake up and get ready for today’s festivities

11:00 am – Grab a bite to eat before getting into tuxes

12:00 pm – Head to Trillium and get dressed in tuxes

1:00 pm – Pictures with Scott and the Bridesmaids/Groomsmen

3:00 pm – Prepare for ceremony

3:20  pm – Guests arrive and are seated by ushers

3:30 pm – Ceremony Begins

3:50 pm – Receiving Line

4:15 pm – Pictures at Gazebo of entire Wedding Party and families

4:30 pm – Hop onto the trolley and head down to the lake for more pictures of wedding party

5:45 pm – Hop back onto the trolley and head to reception

6:00 pm – Grand Entrance to the Reception

For the girls...

8:00 am – Wake up and get ready for morning at salon

9:00 am – Arrive at Reds Salon for hair and make-up

12:00 pm – Grab a bite to eat before getting into dresses

12:30 pm – Put finishing touches on ceremony and reception site

1:00 pm - Start getting dressed and dolled up! 

2:00 pm – Pictures with Andrea and the Bridesmaid/Groomsmen

3:00 pm – Prepare for ceremony

3:20  pm – Guests arrive and are seated by ushers

3:30 pm – Ceremony Begins

3:50 pm – Receiving Line

4:15 pm – Pictures at Gazebo of entire Wedding Party and families

4:30 pm – Hop onto the trolley and head down to the lake for more pictures of wedding party

5:45 pm – Hop back onto the trolley and head to reception

6:00 pm – Grand Entrance to the Reception

Reception Timeline...

4:30-6:00 pm - Cocktail hour for guests - bar open and appetizers available. FI's uncle will be playing piano and singing during this time :)

6:00 pm - Grand Entrance (I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas)

6:10 pm - Toasts by Best Man, Matron Of Honor, and Father of the Groom

6:20 pm - Prayer by Father of the Bride

6:30 pm - Dinner is served

7:15 pm - Cake cutting and served (Sugar, Sugar by the Archies)

7:45 pm - First Dance (Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton)

7:50 pm - Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Dance, Bridal Party Dance

8:05 pm - Open dancing

9:00 pm - Garter toss/bouquet toss

9:15 pm - More open dancing

11:20 pm - last call for bar

11:30 pm - Bride and Groom leave and reception ends
