For the simple reason of not risking any family or friends or FIANCE seeing certain aspects of our wedding planning that I would like to keep a surprise, I have chosen to make some of my BIO pages available to friends only. Please feel free to request me if you'd like to see the rest of my BIO :) Happy planning ladies!
Nene and I met through mutual friends while watching an Astros game at a local sports bar in 2005. He and his friend were working in designing and printing silk screen t-shirts at the time so my best friend and I contacted him for some custom Astros playoff shirts. After that we didn't really keep in contact until late June 2006 when he "found" me through mutual friends on the all so famous myspace! ha ha He was living in Arizona and trying to get back in contact with all his Houston friends since he was planning on moving back.
We became instant friends and talked nearly every day, while he planned his move back to Houston. Neither of us had intentions to become more than friends, since we both had recently gotten out of relationships that didn't work out, but as they say, "We just clicked!" A month or so later, in late July, Nene moved back to Houston, and we both seemed to be finding excuses to hang out every day! Nene asked me to be his girlfriend a number of times, but I just couldn't say YES for fear of "ruining a good thing". Eventually his persistence paid off and although I never recall actually "agreeing" to being his girlfriend by late August 2006 we were a COUPLE.

The story behind our wittle fur-baby:)
First of all, and he will tell everyone this himself, my FI is not all that fond of dogs OR cats, I think he's secretly afraid of them lol jk. Anywho, Noah is not your average dog, he has such a unique personality and we love him more than anything! He's our baby!!! We adopted Noah in June and he is a 3 1/2 year old Shih tzu. Noah's previous owner was no longer able to take care of him, and a mutual friend was fostering him. Our mutual friend heard of my recent loss of my 7 year old Chihuahua, who passed away in April :( and asked if I wanted to adopt Noah. I was hesitant at first but my FI insisted it would be a good idea and this poor guy needed a good home. So home he came with us.

I'm so excited about finally finding my girls dresses. I love them they don't look overly bridesmaids-y, I think they totally have a sexy look and I can't wait to help them shoe shop for it and I can't wait to find flowers that will REALLY compliment the look. Oooh can you tell I'm excited!!
This is it:
We will basically be copying this cake exactly with our initials instead of course, I found this cake here on Project Wedding photo search so please let me know if its your so that I may credit you. As of now our cake is a marble cake with grand marnier filing. We are considering making this cake a white cake with pineapple filing and then making the grooms cake the marble cake with grand marnier filing but we'll see...
