Zach and I met in an dd way and that was at work. We both work at Domino's and a few weeks after I started working there, all of our co workers thought we would make a good couple and tried setting us up. Our first time ever hanging out outside of work was watching a football game. Him being a Vikings fan from Minnesota and me a Packer fan from Wisconsin made the relationship start. I never thought I would fall in love with a Vikings fan! We are both college students in Minnesota. I am a criminal justice major and will be a police officer and Zach is a wildlife management major. I am 20 and he is 21 and when we get married I will be 22 and he will be 24.

Me and Zach went to Gulf Shores, Alabama for our Spring Break. I had no idea he was even thinking about proposing. The first day we were there he said he wanted to go on this boardwalk that over looks the down. It was a little after sunset and it was so pretty out. I regret wearing capris becuase after the night I had about 10 mosquito bites on my legs. We were sitting on the corner of the boardwalk and he started talking about how much he loved being with me and all that stuff and he pulled out this beautiful ring and got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. He was a bit nervous because it took me forever to answer because of how shocked and happy I was. And of course I said yes. I am very excited to start planning our wedding in June of 2014 and to start my life with this man who happens to be the first person I have ever said I love you to. He is my first and looking like only love ever.

We carved out initials into the boardwalk after he proposed to hopefully one day we can go back and maybe see it there again. This is the ring he gave me {Its on the middle finger because it was too big for my ring finger} It is so beautiful and I cannot stop staring at it.

Well I am not one of those girls who dreamed of their wedding since they were little so I have been changing my ideas of how I want it haha. I started to like the rustic looking themes. The burlap and lace kind of look. I love the different blues and browns coming together. Seems a lot more casual than a royal purple. Me and Zach aren't very formal people.

I love this one from David' Bridal. Just get rid of the brown sash and have white one of something instead.

So I think I found my dream venue. It is in Sheboygan Wisconsin. I used to stay here all the time with my grandma and two of cousins who are also going to be bridesmaids. I can't believe it took me so long to realize this place would be amazing. It is right off Lake Michigan and only around 15 minutes from my home town.
