My dad and his Fiance went to Italy for two weeks and came back with these beautiful glasses for Tony and I. We absolutely love them! Venetian Hand Blown Glasses!! Something we will treasure forever! As of right now they are in my dad's buffet so that I don't break them!!
Found my dress! Extremely shocked at how flattering the dress was for a plus size girl! A lot of the dresses I tried on made me look like the Michelin Man!!!
I made this a few months back, directions are on www.norcaldiybride.blogspot.com. Just glue and glitter, so much easier than rhinestones!
I have always loved antique looking rings and Tony hit this one out of the park. People couldn't believe he picked it out on his own. The center stone is .85 with a total weight of 1.0 carats on the band. I am not sure what I am going to do about a wedding band because I love how it looks on my finger exactly how it is! Nothing needs to be added!!
Sara from Stinkerpants Designs made our hand drawing of us! Nicole from Pink Design did our Monogram and I did in the insert and the computer calligraphy (Oceanside free font from Fonts101.com). I will be DIYing my invites completely! I just needed some help from other designers for our Save the Dates, I was drawing a blank for designing for myself!
Here is the final design that all wedding paper products were designed after!

The girls picked Dessy 2746 in Currant. They tried on a bunch of different styles and loved the look and the comfort level of this dress. It is a matte jersey and fits all the girls (ranges from size 4 to 16 girls) and makes all the girls look amazing in it! I am in love with this!
Junior Bridesmaid will be wearing Watters 42616 in Garnet
Flower Girl dress- Watters 46231 in Champagne
We are doing ivory/champagne table linens with garnet napkins. I can't believe how happy I was with these when the lady at Classic Party rentals put it out. Originally I wanted a plain champagne satin but after seeing the printed ivory, it
through the regular one out the window! Thank god my venue gets 20% off!!
I don't think anything could go more smoothly than our wedding day did. I went in with the mantra "if anything happens it is out of your control" which made me an incredibly relaxed bride... my MOH... a different story! haha I was telling her to calm down all day! Hair and makeup starting on time and both finished early. Laren Lalami (larenlalami@aol.com) did an amazing job on the makeup! Jenn Gerhardt from Strands Salon did an amazing job on the hair!! If your getting married in the bay area, let me know if you want their info, I could not recommend them enough!
The best part of the golf carts was we could take pictures anywhere along the golf course, so we will have all of these beautiful shots along the ocean bluffs (hopefully!!) I wish someone got a picture of what happened when everyone drove off, instead of driving in a line, everyone was going in and out so it looked like figure eights! I guess thats what you get when they come out with a tray of coors light and champagne before we are off to beach pictures!! You will also notice that only one girl drove... that would be Alex... she is a strong girl and Mark the groomsmen tried to get to drive but she refused!
Here is a short recap of all my vendors!
Venue: Half Moon Bay Golf Course/ Mullins Bar and Grill- www.hmbgolflinks.com- ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They went above and beyond what they needed to do! It might be next to the Ritz but it is not as expensive as the Ritz!! The Ritz only owns the small amount of land that it is on, the golf course owns everything else! We got to do our pictures at the famous 18th tee (American Wedding movie was shot at) without the 20,000 dollar price tag!! My full recap is located: http://www.projectwedding.com/vendor/show/half-moon-bay-golf-links
Photographer: Lily Rose Photography- www.lilyrosephotography.com- Engagement Pictures were amazing, she and her second shooter were very professional and made sure we stayed on time! I can't wait to see the final pictures!
Florist: Huckleberry Karen Designs- www.huckleberrykarendesigns.com- AMAZING! The bouquets were all beautiful and the bouts were perfect! She matched the colors beautifully and everything looked so beautiful! Full Review here: http://www.projectwedding.com/vendor/show/huckleberry-karen-designs
DJ: DJ Nik- deejaynik@gmail.com- Personally I think he made our wedding! The music was perfect, everything ontime! Our venue said he was the best DJ they have worked with, he was even asking them to get things moving to keep to my OCD timeline :) I have never seen a dance floor so filled with so many dancers. We wish he could have played all night! Completely professional and amazing!
Paper Products: Stella Bella Invites- www.stellabellainvites.blogspot.com- It is my own business, so I think I did a pretty damn good job! haha. Everything was based off our invite *which isn't the one in the invite page* which I will post in it's own paper product category once I get back the pros!
Makeup- Lauren Lalami- larenlalami@aol.com- Absolutely amazing! The make up looked amazing on everyone who got it done. She kept to the timeline and did an amazing job!! I couldn't be happier!!
Hair- Jenn Gerhardt- Strands Salon San Mateo- Absolutely amazing too! She gave me exactly what I wanted and it stayed in all night! We did a trial and my hair looked exactly as the trial! I went to her the day before for a wash and blowdry so it would look good for the rehearsal dinner and it wasn't dirty when she did it on Saturday, I definitely recommend doing that!
Table Numbers were titles of our favorite movies. On the back there were are favorite quotes.
Programs, Seating Chart and Invitations were designed and assembled by me (Stella Bella Invites)
Jager shots anyone!! This is what happens when the boys are late!! These poor random golfers gave us all their booze!
Karen took my color idea in my head and turned it into a beautiful masterpiece for me and my girls!
