So we just had the most stressful month of our relationship... maybe even our lives. More stressful than having a baby... Much more stressful than having financial problems!
We found out Jason got a job in Southern California. Great news! Having to move our family across the country in just a few weeks??? Not so great news. But we did it and we are now nice and settled in Huntington Beach,
California! We could not ask for a better location to make our new home. The only downfall is that we are basically planning a destination wedding now. We already booked our venues and caterers and don't want to change our plans for the sake
of being convenient for friends and family "back home".
Planning a wedding from 2,000 miles away isn't exactly my specialty so I've taken on wedding coordinator, Katie Bryant in Rockford, Illinois and my one and only brother, Jonathan Brier for our venue designer! I'm scared, but excited!
This could be a really great thing for an OCD chick...or really bad :( We'll see! For now, I'm just trying to avoid a bridezilla moment. Until then, I will continue to plan for one of the biggest events of my life with nothing but
grace.
I can do this!
