Hey ya'll!  I'm new to PW and hopefully I'll be adding new pages to my BIO over the next few weeks!!

I'm a born and raised North Carolina girl now living in Charlotte!  

My hobbies include: traveling, cooking, photography, reading, and now trolling PW boards and other wedding blogs!  

I am so excited for my Oct 2012 wedding to my very best friend in the entire world! The wedding will be here in Charlotte and we are going for a Modern - Urban - Chic theme.  But more on that later... 

Okay - prying eyes want to know. I've had to make portions of my bio private. So just add me as a friend and you can see all the yummy wedding goodness!!

This is me and the Boy. We met a few years ago at BBQ festival and immediately bonded over roasted corn, yes, corn -- a man after my own tummy!

The Boy is a Northerner with a big heart and he loves me just as much as I love him!

After almost two years of dating, the Boy and I took an extended 4th of July holiday to Boston, MA & Maine.  Within the first two hours of arriving in Boston and while walking around an exploring the city he popped the question!  I was taking pictures in the courtyard of the Trinity Church in Copley Square and I turn around to see him there on one knee! I'll admit, at first I had no idea what was going on but it all started to come together when I saw that he was holding a ring!  

Of course I said "YES" and so here we are planning the ultimate fabulous bash - OUR WEDDING!!
