..far, far away in a small, distant small town in
the even smaller country of Moldova, our two families grew up together. Little did we know that it would take a long trip around the world to Knoxville, Tennessee to finally meet one another. Back in February of 2007 we met each other for the
first time since our families parted ways 18 years ago. Ironically, our parents have told us stories of when we used to play together as children... After having been friends for a while and hanging
out together, we gradually started dating. The summer of 2008 went by with lots of fun, and
we soon were celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas together. Two days after Christmas we got
engaged!
The most wonderful girl on the planet and lucky me! :)
