My FI picked out my ring himself and it's perfect! He chose to go to EE Robbins because our friends highly recommended them due to their quality and service and he made a good decision! It is a round cut solitaire and the wedding band is a thin band with small round diamonds around it. He had saved my ring size in a text message from when I bought a ring on the same finger (opposite hand) in Hawaii- but if you go to EE Robbins ladies- they will have your ring size on file for when your other half decides to go there which is nice!

I think I have finally decided on wedding colors- Our wedding is going to be on June 11th so end of Spring/early Summer. We are going with a pale yellow, a clover/sage color green and purple- Mostly because I love bouquets of lavender and want those to be around the reception/ceremony. :)

The Bridesmaid dresses just came in! They are from David's Bridal and in the color 'Lapis' which is a dark eggplant color- I love them!

They just received their shoes in the mail too- They are from Nordstrom's B.P. Platinum 'Posey' and in Black to go with the boys black suits. I am still looking for similar shoes for myself but in a dark purple color- let me know if you see any!

We have finally decided on a location- I really think that was the most difficult part! I randomly came across it online one night and reserved it that same week. Our ceremony and reception will both be at the same location- hopefully ceremony outside if it is not raining. It is located right on a beach in the water and the brick building has high vaulted ceilings which I love! Here are some pictures of a wedding that was taken place there.

I just ordered our Save the Dates and have been busy addressing envelopes since they will be here in just a couple of days. Here is a picture of a copy of them! They are magnets so that hopefully people will keep them until they get the actual invitations. :)

This is my hair inspiration :) My bridesmaid knows me so well- she found this and it was exactly what I am looking for! thanks jackie! I think instead of a flower in my hair I want something with beads or sparkly clip where the flower is in this picture to go more with my dress.

Makeup Ideas so far- I love these dramatic eyes and then the face makeup on the other picture- trial pictures to come soon!

My wedding dress just came and it fits great! I got it in ivory- and LOOOVEEE IT!
