On September 16th, 2005, I kissed a boy I really liked in the middle of one Friday Night Escalon High School football game. We have been together ever since:D

Our first two years were our last of high school. We dealt with a lot of difficult times together (his parents divorced a few months into our relationship, figuring out college, losing family members, etc) but they were needed for our relationship to grow as strong as it did. Without our tight bond, we would have had great difficulties during our long-distance relationship.

Just after our 2year anniversary, I moved over 300 miles away for college, a six-hour drive. Through it all, we remained strong and faithful because we knew that what we had was worth fighting for. 

One month before our 5-year anniversary, on my 21st birthday, he proposed in front of our closest friends and family. It was a magical moment filled with love and support. 

Now, 6&1/2-years of dating and 1&1/2 years of engagement, we are finally getting it all together. We will be married on November 11th, 2012, just after our 7-year anniversary. Our closest friends and family will be there to share in our special day as we become Husband and Wife in the town where my parents met and grew up and married:D
