My mom will be making my veil for me.I'd like a mantilla veil.I like how it just lays over top of your hair instead of going over your face.I've been thinking about wearing a headband with crystals on it in front of (or under) my veil.Then I can take the veil off after the ceremony and leave the headband on for the reception.I've bought the headband but I keep waffling on it because it doesn't show up that clearly in pictures. We'll see.
I like the mantillas best that have the rim of lace around the border of the veil.I think I will probably go with fingertip length,but I'm not sure yet.I tried a very long veil on with my dress and found that it looked better then I would have expected.I need to post some dress pictures too,but I'll keep those under "friends only" so no one in my life will accidentally stumble upon those if I don't want them to :) So if you want to see my dress,just add me as a friend.
