Me and Joey met threw my twin sister and her BF at the time now husband. Joey was promoting for an event that my twin sister husband was DJing at. I was suppose to meet Joey for a while now. Finally we were going to be at the same place this time. I met him, he was so funny and outgoing different then what i was use to. But as they say opposites attract. Which in this case is true. I also have a 7yr old son at the time when things started to get serious. I introduce my son to joey and they hit off. Joey was so good to him and treated him as his own. Joey is a loving father to my eldest. He is my perfect guy and I love how he can make us laugh in any situation. So as time went on our family grew bigger and are love for each did too. Now me and Joey have 13, 5 and 3yr old boys.

We got in engaged in March "08" but we planned on having a long engagement. Just because are family grew and we need to move into a house. We were going to move in 2010. But my fiances mother had a bad accident on thanksgiving morning she felled down some stairs and she passed away in Dec. from the fall. and two days later my fiances father had a stroke. But he is doing really good now he is healthy and excited we are getting married April 24, 2010. We put moving out on hold and we are getting married. My FFIL is so excited for this and he will be walking me down the aisle. My father passed away Jan. 1999. So I asked FFIL to walk me down. I love him just as much as my dad and he is honored to walk me down.

Me and my fiance had a tuff year and we grew as a couple. And we stronger then we ever been. We feel everything happens for a reason and we take each day as a blessing for the ones that are here with us.

Since we are getting married in spring I went with Victorian Lilac and Ivory.

My 1st diy project was my std's. I wanted to do a flyer just because my fiance was a promoter for the city (Chicago) and that is how we met. I did it on paint and got them printed out on vistaprint.com

I am wearing yellow heels. I found a really cute pair at payless last spring. The reason why I'm wearing yellow is because my fiance mother loves yellow. So I'm honoring her by wearing yellow heels. I would like to find a pair of socks for my fiance to wear. I found some really cute photos with bride and groom showing there shoes and socks.

So far with RK Bridal I fax over the order form Tuesday Morning and got a response back that afternoon.  Delivery date with be in March. I can't wait for the dresses to come in!!!!

Update:

My BM Dresses came in early 2 weeks early. The delivery date was for March 9th. I give RK Bridal 5 stars. Love the dress and they packed it nice too. I got a tracking number once it was shipped.

We are getting married at Alta Villa Banquets. Are room is really pretty alot of mirrors and Chandler's. But there is a wall that has a mural. I really don't like it so I'm hoping we can cover it up with draping and have some purple up lighting. I just hope we can fit in our budget, I'm waiting for are wedding planner to get back to us on the quote.
