I had a bracelet made resembling the one above by Haute Bride.  I think my bracelet came out better than the original.  The cell phone picture hardly does it justice.  And, get this! My bracelet was forgotten at the hotel and I wasn't able to wear it during the wedding! Ugh! Such is life.  Here are also the earrings I wore, purchased from Nordstrom:
