About Rose....
I was born in Long Beach, California on April 15, 1975 to my wonderful parents Frank and Adilis Vitetta and I have a younger sister named Viviana. I grew up in the City of Lakewood where I attended Light and Life Methodist School, St. Pancratius Elementary School and St. Josephs High School. I then attended Cal State University Fullerton where I graduated with a Bachelors in Spanish Literature and Linguistics in 1999. Then I was off to Long Beach Unified School District where I was a translator for the district then became a 3rd grade teacher. I have enjoyed many things from shopping, dancing, reading books, Disneyland, traveling to many amazing places and our baby girl, Isabella!! Some of my favorite things are the color red, pizza, the movie "Grease", sunset, the beach, my learning students, Isabella's smiles and Michael's kisses!!!!!

About Michael....
I was born in Bellflower, CA, in the wonderful year of 1978. My parents, Carlos Alberto and Heve Cos, raised me in Downey, CA, and I have an older brother named Carlos Gabriel Cos. I attended St. Raymonds, St. John Bosco, Cerritos College, and finally graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2004 with a degree in Sociology. I have worked many different types of job and I am currently employed in the Social Work field at the Regional Center of Orange County. I love my job, especially the flexibility! I love spending time with my beautiful fiance, Rose, and our adventurous princess of a daughter, Isabella. They truly are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I treasure the days I go to Disneyland with my two ladies, more so during the Christmas season (Main St. U.S.A. is the best in December). I am a huge sports fan and I enjoy celebrating championships by Boca Juniors (the world's best soccer team!) and rooting on Argentina! I also enjoy reading books by J.R.R. Tolkien, watching movies, going to metal concerts (Metallica still rocks!) and reliving the old days every once in a while with the boys at Murphy's.

How we met...
Michael and I met at Amy Garcia's birthday party at a bonfire in May 2002. I finally got to meet the guy that was from Argentina.....it was great to meet someone that spoke like me, enjoyed the same foods, understood my jokes and thoughts...it was great to talk to him and get to know him!!! Well, years went by, Michael graduated from Cal State Fullerton and he got a Disney pass. Our relationship started with endless text messages about going to Disneyland, having conversations about Disneyland and then eventually started going to the happiest place on Earth!!! We have such a great time together! I think Michael was amazed to see me act silly!!! Michael lets me be ME!!! He is a wonderful person with an amazing heart!! He is a wonderful partner and terrific dad!! :) He treats me like a queen and Isabella as our princess!!!

Michael had made dinner reservations at Napa Rose restaurant at Disney's Grand Californian. We had a great dinner and delicious wine. Michael then surprised me with a second surpise: He gave me an envelope that held two tickets to the Reserve seating of Fantasmic in the balcony of Pirates of Caribbean. Where we had yummy desserts and drinks. As we are waiting for the show to start, Michael seems uneasy and then cousin Mark shows up! Up to that point it didn't cross my mind until I saw Mark give Michael a gift! I thought "No way", "Really", " How exciting!" Michael sat down next to me handed me a card, I read the card and it brought a happy tears to my eyes.....then the show started!! I eyed the gift, but Michael said I needed to wait!! So, we continued to watch Fantasmic and then my favorite part started.....the Princess floats!! First Beauty and the Beast then Little Mermaid at that point he handed me the gift!! I opened it and it was the Mickey and Minnie Wedding snow globe.....then as I turn the music starts, Snow White's "My Prince will come"is playing....Michael is on his knees!! He expressed some wonderful words to me and then said, "Rose will you marry me?" "WOW!!!" "No way!!!!" LOLOLOL were my words....he then asked, "What is your answer?" I said YES!!!! We continued to watch the show and when it was over the other guests applauded and congratulated us! Then Michael told me I had one more surprise.......We are off to the Uva Bar and there I found our family and close friends!!! We had a surprise engagement party!! IT was very nice and special!! All of those people kept it a secret from me!! Good job!!! Well, this is how it happened and I hope you enjoyed!! We are off to wedding planning!!!

Michael and I wanted something near the beach where we can celebrate with our family and friends to sounds of crashing waves. When we saw the Waterfront Hilton, we both feel in love!! It is absolutely gorgeous and we can't wait to be married there and celebrate our new beginning!! So, be ready to see a beautiful sunset, take a relaxing stroll around the terrace or enjoy a cocktail while admiring the view!!
