I planned my first wedding in Chicago four years ago, and remember how gratifying it felt that I was the one the bride and groom could lean on during their special day – I can understand how overwhelming the process can be for such a big day. Since then, I've planned dozens of events, from corporate functions to waterfront weddings and elaborate birthday parties.
