On July 2nd, I married my best friend :) We had an AMAZING day and I feel so blessed God has given us this gift of love!
My FI and I got engaged on May 15, 2009. We planned a weekend getaway to NYC for our 3 year anniversary. NY is one of our favorite places. I didn't know at the time, but he was planning to propose! We scheduled some things to do and places to see while we were there. One of them was a sunset sailboat cruise around the Statue of Liberty. It was supposed to rain, but instead turned out to be a fantastic day! He carried the ring with him just waiting for the perfect moment to propose. When we were right in front of the statue, I mentioned I had never seen it in person just in pictures and that I was so lucky to be having such a great time. The sun was starting to set at this time, that is when he decided to go for it! He got down on one knee and started struggling to pull something out of his pocket. I thought he was trying to get the camera to take a picture, little did I know...he pulled out a beautiful ring and popped the question. I accepted in tears after the intial shock of it all! The following night he had reserved a nice dinner at Tavern on the Green. He continued to surprise me with a cake that said "Will you marry me?" on it. He had pre-planned it all without me even having a clue. He is a great man and I am honored to share my life with him. God has trully blessed me in this life :)
This is us right after he proposed, you can see I'm still crying! :-)
My beautiful ring....
I put the cards along with this make-up case and compact in a little gift bag for my girls as a gift :-)

The picture shows the dress in green, but I actually went with purple for my girls.
Actual wedding day:
For the flower girl, I went with ivory and a purple sash.
My future hubby will be wearing an all black suit with an ivory tie and vest, similar to this...
Actual Dress on me on my wedding day:
Here is my beautiful veil that matches my dress perfectly, my mom made it for me :)
Under my dress I will be wearing these by Victoria Secret ;-)
For my girls I worked with etsy vendor, Le Collezione, who helped me create these custom necklaces below. My two matrons of honor will wear the double stranded necklace:
The bridesmaid's one is the same, but only has one strand with the balls. I found matching earring at sammoon.com
I got them these pretty hair flowers from etsy to wear:
and pins for their bouquets:
Personlized totes from theknot.com that I will put their gifts in and then they can use later also.
For the flower girl:
Here is our monogram, courtesy of the lovely Sarah G! PW name GoingtobeGoff. I highly recommend her services. She is super talented and a sweetheart to work with! Please visit her blog to see all her beautiful work...

Once again I contacted Sarah to help me with a design for our vow cards, she did not dissapoint! I LOVE how they turned out!
Sarah also customized our table numbers and I framed them.
Purchased our unity candle from Etsy, and the Lenox unity candle holder below from Ebay.
Below is the way it looks all together :)
I purchased this aisle runner from ebay, not sure if I will leave it like as is or play around with it somehow...

Our cake topper is in and it is GORGEOUS!! I tried to capture it as best I can in these pics, but they don't do it justice! I ordered from Toppers With Glitz.
We booked our mini-moon at the empire hotel in NY. We will be staying in the same room we stayed in a year ago when we got engaged. We loved it, below are some pictures...
Our honeymoon is booked for August to Aruba :) We will also be celebrating my brother in law's wedding and FH birthday while we are there. We will be staying at the Renaissance Aruba Resort:
