Monica grew up in a large family, very different from her Fiance, Ben. She has three siblings, two of whom are older and already married, and a younger sister, who is entering High School.
Monica was born in Indianapolis on February 24th, 1991, the third child. She grew up in their Carmel home, with her siblings Jake and Brooke. Her mother home-schooled her until she was in 5th grade, when she attended The Summit Academy, a classical-Christian school. In 8th grade, her class expanded, and she met Ben.
After emailing throughout their high school years, they began to date. They continued long distance while Monica went to Valparaiso University to study Music Performance. After several years, she transferred, and is now studying Paralegal Studies at Ivy Tech Community College.
