My name is Janelle and I am marrying the man of my dreams on August 28, 2010. It is approaching very fast. We have a son together and I can not wait to officially become a family.

Colors: Watermelon ( dark pink) and black. I was shocked FI agreed to this but we went through the colors at DB and he liked the watermelon the best. My girls will wear thier BM dress in watermelon with either black, silver or watermelon colored shoes.

My crayons for the coloring books i created for the kids. I will be tying off a few together but right now its in a big basket. Paid .25 for a box of 24 for back to school sale.

My beautiful kitchen table hidden by all things wedding

Here is what has been happening so far since February. February i was involved in a wreck that was not my fault. My car was put in the shop for 4-5 weeks and i finally got it. I had just started working out again and signed up for a trainer so i could get into my wedding dress. Well that car wreck aggravated an old injury that i had surgery on my right knee for. I was in pain for a week and was unable to walk like i had been. I went in for an MRI and i have a torn meniscus :( I am now unable to work out like i had planned too and i am stuck doing light cardio and weight training. I am loving the results but I'm so frustrated because i go to the Dr today and find out if i am going to need surgery. I refuse to have surgery before the wedding. i would be on crutches for 6 weeks and gain weight back. OK then my DJ passed away. :( i was upset and sad at the same time i felt like i was getting hit with everything all at once. So i am on the hunt for a new dj. Then i found out one of my cousins is getting married on the same day as us... We don't like each other and i was thinking it was done on purpose. i got over it and said a prayer for them and moved on. My family that loves me will be at my wedding. OK things start going better for the last few weeks and this week my car that just came from the shop started making a popping noise. It needs to go back to the shop because something wasn't fixed correctly. I will be without a car for whoever knows how long and the insurance from the other person will not be paying for a rental. i am super frustrated and i am starting to regret all my decisions i have made for the wedding. i know its common but i don't want a cheap looking wedding and I'm scared that's how its going to look. i am not being superficial and i apprecitate everyone helping me but i guess i just have fears. I also feel like ever since i had the wreck it threw everything off and i am just now getting back into my routine. I dont even feel happy for this wedding and i know i should. My FI parents dont ask anything about the wedding, and his brother always says something negative and i dont want to be around him anymore.

OK so i read the proposals on here and I hope I can make some one laugh with mine. OK in January 2009 my FI had purposed without a ring but we agreed to keep everything quite until he got me a ring. In October 2009 we went to look at rings and I picked 3 out so he could chose the one he wanted to get me. I wanted to be surprised so I didn't ask any questions. The weekend after thanksgiving 2009 we found a sitter for our little one because we were going to watch a college football game. The game was an early 11:00am game and i was starving. FI told me that we would eat at the game. So Im waiting and waiting and waiting!! 1:30 rolls around half time and I asked if we could go get something to eat. FI tells me i needed to wait and we would eat when we eat. I was livid at this point. I announce i was leaving and i would be returning when i have gotten something to eat. I asked for the keys and he said they were in his pocket. So i reached in his jacket pocket and there was the ring box. I didn't even know what to do. I couldn't pull it out and i just started smiling. He told me to pull it out and i said no no! So he finally pulled it out and got down on one knee in the stands and asked me to marry him officially. Everyone started cheering around us. I couldn't be mad anymore then he finally took me to get something to eat! He said he had planned to make me mad. When we told my mom she was mad because she knew people that could put it on the screens on the field so everyone could see. I wont ever forget that purposal.

I dont know if im supposed to be adding a new page since im new to this but here it is.

We got 25 for 9.99 at walmart and i bought magnets and stuck them on the back. We only sent them to out of town guests.

We went yesterday to our cake ladies house and took this pic. I was a little worried since she isnt a bakery that she wouldnt be able to do this cake. But she has done so may she will be able to do it just not with fondant and she will add the rose around my cake topper and edible pearls in place of the 3 dots. I am so excited!!! My cake will have 3 tiers seperated by little columns. For the grooms cake we are ordering a san francisco 49ers helmet with choclate covered strawberries around the bottom. Here is my cake and topper. I couldnt upload it from Oriental Trading. The ribbon around the cake is our colors also. The flavors will be the top layer which is ours- pineapple, 2nd tier- pineapple with filling and the 3rd tier white with strawberry filling. My uncle came up with this idea and i am so happy with them. Took about 30 min to an hour to complete one. These centerpieces are just for the family tables so we are making about 20. The other 40 tables will have round mirrors with votive candles and greenery.
