WE ARE MARRIED FINALLY!!!!! 8-1-09
Our week in vegas was AMAZING.
UPDATE: Here are some pics from our honeymoon. We went 8-3 to 8-7-09. We had so much fun. The weather was beautiful all week. In the morning we laid by the pool then would all get ready and go out to dinner and walk around at night. I have never walked soo much in my whole life. My legs were killing me when we got home but it made up for all of the food i ate there.
These pics do not give it any justice. It is such a beautiful dress.
So i was having the hardest time finding jewelry for my attendants that i liked and was in my price range. I ended up buying everything to make the bracelets and only spent like 40 to make 5 bracelets. I love them. I wanted chunkier bracelets bc the dresses are halters so they wont have a necklace on. I wanted them to stand out.. I love them. I am so proud of myself! haha
I was sooo upset bc i could not find any shoes i liked that were not $500. Then me and my moh went to macys to just check out their shoes and i found them. They are pearl tan leather shoes made by Jessica Simpson. I love them. I can not wait to
wear them and i will even wear them after to bc they are soo Cute!
I cant decide between these three hair styles for my wedding. They are total opposites but i feel so much more comfortable with my hair down. For some reason i dont like it pulled up but i love the style. I ended up using the first pic bc my hair is long right now and i want it to cover my tattoos on my back for church. It looks great with the dress too.
update: a good pic of my hair. She pined some of the top pieces under to make my hair have more volume.
This is what the bouquets are going to look like. I am having all cream colored roses. And the attendants will have a mix of very light pink and cream roses.
UPDATE 8/11/09: So our bouquets turned out soooo great. Me and the moh made them and it was sooo easy. It took us about 2 hours to clip, tape and ribbon 8 boquets. I got light pink roses for all of the girls and mine had white roses with 3 pink roses in the middle shapped like a heart. I definetly recommend girls to wrap their own. I only spent 350 on roses for all of the bouquets, boutinears, and the hydrangeas for the centerpieces on 25 tables.
I found my cake topper on ebay. I absolutely love it. I was scared that it was going to be cheap looking but it is not at all! I wanted something simple and not expensive. I got this for $18 and it was free shipping.

UPDATE:
This is the dress that i got for my girls that are in the wedding. The color is latte. I love it. Our wedding is more casual and i thought the color was perfect but still elegant.
This is what our two little girls are going to be wearing. It is ivory with a latte strip at the top and bottom of the dress. They look beautiful in them.

So this is the proof of our monogram! i love it. we are using it for our table number wine bottles. My future father in law makes his own diego red wine so we are having a couple bottles at each table. the monogram makes me think of a wine bottle lable so its going to look sooo nice! i cant wait to design the wine labels. That is next diy project!
I got this jewelry for the wedding. My earings match the bracelet. They are shapped like a flower and are huge so they stand out. I am not wearing a necklace so iwanted earrings that stood out. And that is my hair clip. Not sure where or how it will be in my hair yet...gotta think. I got it from www.greatdaybridal.com
We are having a goodie table at our wedding. Me and fiance love sweet and sour candy and choclate...really any kind of goodies. So we are going to have a ton of different cookies and some candy. Here are some pics that i am using to mimick our candy table.
My future fil bottles his own wine so weare using them on our tables at the wedding. Like 3 per table and the table fits 8. But i am going to make a custom label on them with our monogram and make them the table numbers too.
UPDATE 7/17/09: I just printed the labels so i am just waiting on the wine bottles to be filled and we will be good to go. I will post a pic once one is done!

We are getting married August 1, 2009 at St Bernard Church in Mt Lebanon, Pa Here is a pic of it. It does not even do it justice. It is such a beautiful church. This is where our one daughter made her communion, Other daughter was baptized And
even my Fiance made his communion and confirmation. So it is special to us! :)
We were suppose to have our reception at the Alpine hunting and fishing club bc fiance is a member but it was double booked so we got the boot :( It is soooo beautiful i love it there. There is woods all around it and a pond in the back... but now it is at the South Fayette Township Fire banquet hall :( the only good thing is that it fits 200 more people than our previous place. Which is good bc we have 248 invited and our other place only fit 200 and that isnt even comfortably. But the new place isnt bad. only 5 minutes up the road from the previous venue so its in the same area. We are going to have circle tables and it will look alot better after we decorate. What great is there is another room to side that the food will all be in and a huge dance floor. And we are getting chair covers, table linens. etc so it will look alot more dressed up after i am done with it! haha And the bar is huge which is good

My shower was this past Saturday June 13th. We got sooo much great stuff. The food was great and so was the cake and cookies.
So the wonderful girls of PW have helped me find some great ideas for my centerpieces. Our venue has enough glass fish bowls for every table and i get them for free. I was just going to put floating candles in them but thought that would be
boring. So some girls sent me pics that i love (beatie and lady y thanks sooo much). I am going to use dahlias. I really like how large they are. that large bloom is sooo pretty.
UPDATE: here is the only pic so far i can fins that is close up of my centerpieces. i Used fish bowls and floated crystals, confetti and hydrangeas in them. I think they turned out soo nice and they sparkled too. I also put small tea light candles next to them. Here is also a pic of my wine bottles.

So i plan on doing these for my hubbie and giving them to him right before the wedding. I am so excited to get it done but i am also nervous as hell. Hahah i need to get alittle bit tanner and not eat that morning so i am not bloated! haha I think hubby will be sooo excited. So i found the cutest underwear at victorias secret. They are blue and lacy with ruffles that say soon to be mrs on the butt in rhinestones. i cant find them online only in the store. I am going to wear just those in some of the shoots and i will be turned around so you wont see any boobs. I also got some other cute things to wear in the pics. I wanna do a pic like kim kardashian and britney spears did with all of the pearls covering my boobs then wearing cute lacy boy shorts that match. I will post some pics when i get them! I CANT WAIT!

UPDATE: So the morning of the wedding i left at 7 and hubby was out cutting the grass. Dont ask that is what he wanted to do the morning of the wedding. Haha. So anyways he was outside so i put the b pic book on his pillow with his cufflinks i got him. And about 2 hours later i got a text that said he loved the pictures and could not wait to see me even more. He still gets a big cheese on his face when we talk about the pictures. He was even bragging to all of the guys about the great naked pics of his wife... Well done on this one i got an A+ and so did the photographer.
My friend is doing our pics for the wedding. The studio is called Liquid Light Studios. Aaron is the best. I have done a couple photo shoots with him and they have been great. I used martha stewart little boxes filled them with hershey kisses and printed tags for them that said: thank you kisses from the bride and groom.
Sorry pic is sideways but this is my signature frame we are going to use instead of a guest book at the wedding.
UPDATE: So i went around and reminded everyone to sign my frame at the wedding. And alot of people still did not. So a word of advice to you girls if you are going to use the signature frame. Make someone stand next to it so when people get their seating cards have them sign it at that time!
We got them cufflinks from Things Remembered and had the engraved.
We got these as a gift at our shower from Hubbys aunt and uncle. They picked the prefect style that fit exactly with the wedding.
Here are a couple pictures from our party this weekend. We ended up doing a group one and we had a blast. Not to mention just a tad bit too drunk bc of friends making us do shots or patron...So gross it tastes like damn rubbing alcohol. Haha We went to dave and busters where we ate and then played games for alittle bit. Then we went to Sing Sing it is a dueling piano bar. We had sooo much fun there and of course got dragged on stage and embarrassed. I was cindy bear and fiance was the ranger and two other people on stage were yogi bear and bo bo bear.. hahaha ill post pics of that excitement later when i get them
I woke up so early that day bc i had to take our girls to my moms house so we could get our hair done at the salon. It took like 2 and a half hours to do my hair and makeup.It must of been time well spent bc everyone told me i took their breath away. So we got behind at the salon. We left the salon at 1:15 and was getting picked up at 1:30 at my moms house to head to the church. I have never seen craziness like that before. We had to get the girls ready then everyone was helping me get my dress and shoes on. My dress fit perfect except the snap at the top of the zipper to keep my dress closed was missing. Go figure. We tried to pin it but it wouldnt work so i left it as is. Thank god my bra blended in with the dress. The limo came and took us to church where they ushered us right in and to wait in line to go up the aisle. See we were alittle bit late. All of my girls walked down the aisle but my little brother the ring bearer got nervous so we would not walk down. but it was no big deal. When i started to walk down the aisle with my dad i saw my hubby poke his head around the corner so he could see me and i started crying. I have never felt so beautiful and lvoed in my whole life. Everyone could not stop smiling at me and neither could my hubby. So when we had to kneel down at church hubby and the best man start cracking up. The best man put run nick on the bottom of his shoes...I was laughing soo hard i hope the photographer got a good pic of it. Church seemed to take forever and it was so hot in there. So church ended and we took all of our pics in church then went down to the north shore and got a ton too. Which i can not wait to see. I only got one teaser pic so far. We made it to the cocktail hour on time and was introduced. I love being called MRS. We ate and danced the night away. It would not of been so great if it was not for our friends and family helping. We did so much stuff diy and everything turned out beautiful. I would not change one thing about our day. Our two little girls had a blast and danced all night long too. The food was amazing. We had prime rib, tilapia with orange and amaretto glaze, vodka pasta, parsley potatoes, green beans, salad and tomato and mozzarella salad. The dj we got was a last minute gift from a friend and he was amazing. The cake was so tasty. I warned hubby when we did the cutting if he pushed it in my face i was gonna hurt him so he feed me nicely but got booed for doing it! hahaha We honestly had the time of our life.
I got my husband my b pic book and some cufflinks as a little wedding gift. I told him not to get me anything but he got me a very thoughtful gift. I was given it the morning of the wedding right after i got my makeup and hair done. My friend that did my makeup was yelling at me bc i messed it all up. He got me a golden rose in a box that said you have the key to my heart, Then he got me a picture frame with a poem and our name and dates engraved on it. I also got a new coach purse and he wrote me the sweetest letter too. I wil ltake pics of everything and post them later. It was soo sweet.
My poor girls were trying to hold my hubby to mimic the one of the guys holding me. Let me just say that we were all laughing so hard. They barely got the picture. One of my girls got covered but i still love the picture.Look how uncomfortable my hubby looks! i laugh every time i look at it.
