The perfect Venue, Will I find it?????

I have searched hundreds of places so far....

I am having major problems picking the "perfect" venue. The venue that I am looking for must have/be:

1. Hold a large quantity of people (must)

2. Chairs + tables included (preferred)

3. No restrictions on decor, catering, alcohol, hours,music (very important I am on a small budget, DIY)

4. Must have a bathroom (preferred)

5. Have a Ceremony and Reception site (preferred)

6. Nice view/unique setting example: barn, camp,lake, winery,ruins,castle etc
