I rented a traditional trolley for the full day and then a mini-coach to shuttle guest from the hotel to the reception.  They will ride the trolley back to the hotel at the end of the night. 

They might be knockoffs, but I love them!  It was the only way CLoubouts would fit in the budget!!!

Got it at a sample sale!  Haven't had the first fitting yet, so we will see how they manage to get a size 12 down to a 6/8!
