On Saturday (the day before my wedding) me and 3 of my girls who came from all over (one from Texas where I lived, one from Canada, one from California) had some fun around Estes Park. We went horse back riding and then went to lunch at the Baldpate Inn, which we had some pretty yummy food and lots of cute hummingbirds right outside the windows. We wanted to do a spa afterwards but it was all booked up (damn we forgot reservations) so we just had some ice cream and walked around town. It rained later on, which worried me since my wedding was the next day (which I didn't need to worry about)
That evening, we had our rehearsal/welcome dinner at Mary's Lake Lodge. We sat right on the deck, and it was a pretty nice view of the mountains, and the food portions were HUGE. I was expecting a dainty little dish, but I ended up not
being able to finish half the plate!
