FI and I chose out the ring together, about a month after the proposal. I never wanted a ring during the proposal...since I really wanted to pick it out myself but I found it weird going shopping for a ring together before the proposal. So we did it afterwards and it was definitely the right thing for us. Here it is...I love it, it is absolutely perfect.
