THE DATE - Countdown to October 2010

**1.1.10 - Happy New Year! It had been so difficult to find time to start working on my PW site, but with the advent of the New Year, what better time than now to get started?? Over the next 10 months I hope to be able to document my wedding planning memories on PW so that I can look back fondly on the entire process and remember the good, the bad and the ugly (hopefully minimal encounters with the last two!) so I am warning readers in advance that there will be alot of anecdotes and stories and pictures on my page (with ** put in place for some privacy!)

I've tried to put my entries in chronological order as to how I tackled them (which, looking back, is amusing to me because I found my reception gown before my wedding gown!) so there is SOME sort of organization to this madness! =) I must say that wedding planning is probably the most daunting task I have ever undertaken in my life! I'm hoping to be able to add a lot of DIY aspects to our wedding, and PW brides have been such an inspiration! Wish me luck!

**Note: I have included a lot of inspirational pictures in my biography, so if I have borrowed your picture and have not properly given you credit for it, please let me know so I can do so!! Also please do the same for me if you borrow my pictures!! Thank you!!

**8.18.10 - I apologize in advance for the haphazardness that my bio has turned into, due to the approaching wedding date!! I promise to clean it up after all is said and done ;)

**11.4.10 - I will slowly but surely clean up my profile and re-organize it so it is easier to read - it is quite a mess right now and I didn't get to update the last month leading up to the wedding, which is where most of the detail is! ;)

**6.29.11 - at long last, I am FINALLY finding time to update my bio (8 months after the wedding, lol)! I derived so much inspiration from so many ladies on PW (and still continue to do so, although now the ideas that I see floating around here, I will have to channel into friends' bridal showers, or baby showers, or etc.!) I must say I do go through periods of missing wedding planning a lot and I still (from time-to-time) run through my own wedding day in my head, little detail by little excruciating detail, and (admittedly) still occasionally lament over how certain things didn't quite go the way I imagined them in my head! HOWEVER, all in all, it was still a PERFECT day, and I am happy to be giving back to the PW community what I've learned through the entire process! The most important thing I learned was - ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE! It is truly once-in-a-lifetime! =)
