I picked this super cute WaWa flower girl dress for the little ones. I love that it has the same Alecon lace as my gown (ivory) and we're ordering the skirt in duchess satin in Candlelight (ivory). It comes with a sash/belt but I think I'm going to make one myself using grosgrain ribbon and "jewels" to match my dress since their dresses are such a great tie-in. Too bad Watters/WaWa apparently takes like 4 months to order and deliver! What's that about?? I'm hoping the girls don't grow too much over the summer...

And now for the bridesmaids dresses! I will try to figure out how to get my pics of it up. I chose the Sophia Long from J. Crew. It's a silk tricoline and it will be in black. I love this dress because it is simple (NOT DATED!!), sophisticated, elegant, and honestly, it looks great on everyone. The busty girls are happy b/c they can wear a normal (black) bra with it (there are even bra strap holders build into the shoulders), the petite girls don't look like they're missing any assets AND they look super tall and thin. The dress lines are very flattering and all the girls genuinely love them. J.Crew has been top notch for customer service - they're so sweet and are allowing me to return one dress beyond the normal 60 day timeframe b/c I explained that I have a girl who just gave birth a few weeks ago and she won't know which size dress she needs to keep for a little while yet. I also got a GREAT deal on them - originally something like $300, they were on sale during the after-Christmas sale for just over $200. I googled "J.Crew coupons" and came across a site that lists coupon codes at major retailers. I tried the "Extra20" code and BOOM! 20% discount on all of them. I even ended up getting free shipping on the order b/c they were out of stock in one size and promised it a month later. Each dress ended up being only $175! So, the moral of the story is, go be a deal hunter on behalf of your bmaids!
