I am orginally from the Bronx, New York. I moved to Long Island when I entered college at Hofstra University. That is where I met my husband Stephen Bowen. He was a junior at the time and a college football player. We became friends after I was there for only a few months and a few months later we started dating. In 2006 Stephen graduated and started playing professional football for the Dallas Cowboys while I stayed in New York to finish my degree. On Christmas of 2006 Stephen proposed and I quickly started planning. On March 1st, 2008 we got married in a New York City ceremony and had a reception on Long Island. With over 350 guest in attendance it was quite a party. Stephen and I recently purchased our first home in Texas and are getting settled to married life. We have a beagle named Porsche. I will start graduate school in the fall.
