Well this wedding will be a staple in my mind forever....we have been together for 5 years now and by the time of our wedding it will be 8!! We will be getting married in August of 2012....we first met through a friend of mine who thought we would be perfect together but, with the 9 year age gap we both thought she was crazy!! The night we met was anything but crazy...if i did believe in a love at first site this was our moment....we have not left eachothers side since the day we met...and our more in love now then when we first laid eyes on eachother! Through the last five years we have pretty much done everything backwards...we have 2 wonderful little boys and couldnt imagine our lives any better...I guess the reason we have not got married yet was because we didnt think we should try to fix what isnt broken...however with time flying by so fast and our boys getting older I think it will only be appropriate to finalize the deal and have the same last name as everyone in my house...LOL Do to myself finishing up school I thought I would give myself a large amount of time to prepare and plan...we both come from very large families and are going to do our best to cut corners any where we can...for me that means a lot of DIY projects!! Which i dont mind b/c I like to consider myself a little bit crafty!! I have been reading a lot on here and searching through other web sites for ideas...I have found a lot of really great stuff...I've always known i wanted my colors to be Purple, White and Black...but now seeing other girls Bio's the touch of Damask is Beautiful...... I love it!!!! HMM....is one wedding that sticks in my brain...everything about it was gorgeous....lots of great ideas!!! I hope to learn a lot more on here and I love all the great info you can find...there is so much that goes into a wedding i didnt even know exsisted! Much more to come once I get closer to the day:)
