We just had our daughter's wedding at the Red Fish Grill in Matheson Hammock in Miami. A Blooming Touch was recommended to us by the sales manager at the hotel where the wedding party stayed. We could not have been more pleased with every part of our experience with a Blooming Touch. They listened to my daughter's ideas, making it known that their main purpose was for her to be thrilled with her flowers. They returned calls in a very timely manner, their prices were fair and they delivered everything exactly on time as promised. The arrangements were exquisite! The bridal bouquet was so beautiful that my daughter took that bouquet with her everywhere for two days, earning her some lovely compliments and quite a few freebies! The arrangement on the cake was just breathtaking. I would highly recommend a Blooming Touch!!

The team at A Blooming Touch were amazing from the initial outreach until the day of the event. Creating the arrangements was easy and they were very accommodating and worked with our budget. The flowers were delivered on time and they were fresh and beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my linens and charger plates from Blooming Touch for my wedding this past month. The linens were not the ones that I had chosen and gone to their store twice to choose. It is not the linen that was in my contract either. I had to continuously ask them to send me an invoice with the proper linens and in the end I never got the platinum linens I'd loved. Instead they gave me some charcoal grey ones in a cheap fabric. I was a bit disappointed and would never use them again.

I went to meet with A Blooming Touch kind of knowing what I wanted but not really. Catalina was such a help in giving me suggestions and letting me know her opinion on what looked good. In the end my linen's, charger plates, napkins all came together beautifully! Thank you!

I am sincerely happy for all the brides who posted positive reviews in regards to their personal experience with A BLOOMING TOUCH. It warms my heart to know that there were a few lucky brides who were not delivered dead flowers on their wedding day. Upon Carolina's arrival, the look of annoyance on her face set the tone for what was hands down the only disappointing part of the bride's wedding day. Carolina first handed the bride the corsages, which had been placed into clear plastic baggies. Each and every one of them appeared to be crushed... almost as though they were sat on during the ride. In her defense, she may have run out of room in her van since the whole family came along with her to deliver the dead flowers. She then provided the bride with two easter baskets filled with wilted rose petals. #1: REALLY? the flower girls have to hold cracked, off white, tacky easter baskets? Not hard to put two and two together-- clearly, the baskets were left over from the weekend prior. Conveniently for "A Blooming Touch", Easter was April 8th and the wedding was April 14th. #2: WILTED PETALS??? When I inquired as to why the petals were wilted and brown around the edges, Carolina's snide response was "what you expect? i drive far to bring these. petals always wilt after long drive." And then she walked away to grab the wedding bouquet. I began to feel confused as to the reasons behind her poor attitude, her overall lack of knowledge regarding flowers, and her blatant lack of concern in regard to the issue at hand. The flowers that the bride and groom paid good money for, the beautiful flowers promised through emails-- were the EXACT OPPOSITE to the flowers delivered to the bride. I held my breath in nervous anticipation of the grand finale... when the bride would see her bouquet that she had been waiting her entire life to carry down the isle to the man of her dreams. And then... hidden behind the frown of our florist was what had to be the saddest looking bouquet of white roses that I have ever seen. Identical looking, if not worse in appearance to the corsages and petals: a "white" bouquet- crushed, wilted and brown around the edges. Oh, and one can't forget the added flare which was shoved so eloquently in between the wilted roses and broken rose buds. Clear as day, since they were literally sticking out about two inches, stood around 7 or so plastic drink stirrers with glued on dreary looking diamonds dangling off the end of each stick. I secretly hoped for the bride that the faded, torn ribbon holding the mess of a bouquet together would continue fray so that the bouquet would fall apart and her wedding party could make a new bouquet of weeds that would have HANDS DOWN turned out more stunning. The Bride began to cry. And the florist's response, "what you expect? they looked fine... it was the drive. okay, i leave now." We immediately asked to speak with management... how could she deliver flowers of this quality, clearly see that the bride was crying, and leave with such a clear conscience? She went on to state "my manager only speak spanish.. and besides, there is no way to get you other flowers in time. there will be no discount because they look fine. flowers always wilt during the drive. I leave now." And that she did. She turned right around, hopped into her van and drove into the sunset. Only to later reply to my dissatisfied email with the same response "no discount, no refund. they were fine." Thankfully, due to quick thinking on behalf of the bridesmaid, the bride was blessed to have found another florist to create a new bouquet. This particular florist, who was actually leaving work for the day, was so appalled by the original bouquet that she created another one for the bride for FREE. That's right, no charge at all based solely on the fact that she honestly felt THAT bad for the bride to have been delivered such a hideous wedding bouquet. So all in all.... **Quality of Service: 0 ("what you expect? I drive far to bring these.") **Responsiveness: 0 ("my manager can not speak english"), **PROFESSIONALISM: 0 ("I leave now.") **Value: 0.5 (The bride did go with the cheaper florist.) **Flexibility: 0 ("there is no way to get you other flowers in time"). My recommendation?? Don't get your wedding flowers through "a blooming touch" unless you want "a depressing touch" on your big day.

I had a bad feeling about this company from the beginning and I should have followed my gut instinct. It wasn't that I thought my flowers would look horrible, it was that I didn't even think they were going to show up. They were hard to get in touch with, sometimes responding to my emails 2 or 3 weeks after I emailed them. I do not speak spanish, so it was very difficult speaking with them as well. I chose them because they were the cheaper florist of the others I met with and they were within our budget.

Before the wedding, they did send me a picture of the centerpeice and I was not happy with it, so I asked them to make some changes and they did. However, they never sent me another picture before the wedding day to confirm if it was what I wanted. The wedding day came, and the centerpeices were one of the only things they brought that looked half way decent. I have to admit, we were pretty happy with how they turned out considering we didn't really know what we were getting. The boutineers were also in decent shape beside the fact that I asked for the grooms rose to not be pink b/c he didn't want that - it came with pink flowers on it!

The corsages were hideous. I was embarrassed to be handing these out to the most important women in our lives. They were brown and like nothing I have ever seen before. This was just the beginning. Then Carolina brought in the flower girl baskets and petals. I couldn't believe my eyes. The petals were brown and in the ugliest basket I have ever seen. I would have purchased my own flower baskets had I known they were going to look like Easter baskets. Then came the bridesmaids flowers, they petals were brown and at this point I am dreading the moment she brings in my bouquet. Carolina brings in my bouquet and I just start crying - this looked nothing like the picture I sent her of the bouquet I wanted. I sent her the picture far enough in advance (1 yr in advance) and asked if they could replicate it, they told me yes. I wanted a full bouquet of ivory and light pink roses, and I got ivory roses with brown petals, and these pink flowers that I have never seen before with all the buds closed. It was hideous. I felt like my day was ruined. We paid all this money for our awesome photographer and I wasn't going to be happy with the pictures b/c of the flowers in the pictures. Carolina said there was nothing she could do and continued to tell my bridal party and I that they look fine and they were brown due to her 2 hr drive to the venue. She was very rude and unapologetic. She asks "Can I go now?"

My wonderful sister had a great idea and took my bouquet to a florist in the town we got married. The florist was leaving for the day but was more than happy to help. She couldn't believe the flowers they gave us and said they were some of the worst that she had seen. She made me a new bouquet and it came out amazing! My wedding day wasn't ruined after all.

We got back from our honeymoon and reached out to Beatriz and Carolina to see if they would do anything for us to make us happy. They think the flowers they gave us were fine and said they will give us a $20 credit towards any flowers that we buy from them in the future. Um, yea right - we weren't happy on our wedding day, what makes them think we would EVER buy flowers from them again.

All in all, we had a very bad experience with A Blooing Touch and I highly recommend anyone looking at this company to do their wedding flowers to keep looking. The price looks good here but it is not a good product!

Amazing work! My floral was very detailed, and Bold and she made my fantasy and dreams come a reality! And not to mention the most reasonable pricing for Miami floral and decor.
