We will take care of planning all of the details, including music, food and drinks, site locations, logistics, and more. Your event should be enjoyable, even for the host or hostess. Our coordination services include:
Recommending and selecting a site, including site visits as necessary
Assisting with selection of a caterer
Assisting with selection of other vendors as needed (DJ, band, photographer, florist, etc)
Negotiating Vendor contracts
Scheduling “To-Do” items
Communicating via phone and email as needed (long distance may incur additional fee)
Meeting with our clients (“Pulse-checks”)
Meeting with vendors prior to the event
Coordinating the day’s events to ensuring the day’s activities flow smoothly
Bringing your dreams and ideas to life….
In addition to our consulting services, we offer publishing services including: newsletters, invitations, programs, favors, and personal shopping, all at an additional fee.
