Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! where to begin? they made us pay way in advance to have all our equipment ready for us at 11 am the day before our wedding. tables were ok, chairs are filthy and the astro turf we ordered turned out to not be astro turf at all. intact it was half green carpet and half shredded pieces of astro turf. i was sure they would have what we ordered ready but it took them til 6 o'clock in the evening to finally deliver all the so called astro turf. when it showed up it all smelled like cow manure and goat crap. none of it matched. the owner russ showed up, being completely rude to my bride and almost running over her foot when she tried to talk to him at the car. about an hour later the rest of the smelly green crap shows up delivered by a couple of obvious drug and alcohol addicts who wouldn't stop swearing , even in front of the little kids around us. and on the return i was hoping to be compensated for this nightmare of a rental and of course the bastard says we got more than we paid for. i am in the middle of a complaint with the better business bureau and my new wife is calling her contacts to file a claim in small claims court.

over all. this company is horribly unprofessional, the owner has anger issues and the entire male staff are all crash heads. worst mistake i ever made was dealing with all rents. if you need anything except tables and dirty chairs go to plesanton rentals. they are professional and on time with clean equipment.

take my warning seriously. this company is garbage!

Horrible place, I will never use them again. My husband and I decided to have a candy bar buffet and used All-Rents for our dishes. None of there vases or candy containers were labeled, thus each lady described them as something else. This made altering my order that much more complicated. I went in three times and each time, I had to go over each thing I wanted. Then when delivering my items, they forgot things and had to make a second trip. An apology was never made nor bigger discount was given.

This vendor was for the most part okay. I was a little upset because I paid, in full, for all of the napkins for my event about 3 months before my wedding. TWO days before my wedding, they called me, and tell me that they didn't have enough napkins in the color that I ordered to fulfill my order because the company that they order from didn't have enough in stock. Why would they wait 2 days before the event to order something that I had paid for that far in advance? They could have placed the order then, and told them when they needed the napkins so they had the correct quantity. I went into the store very upset (they didn't have any other napkins even close to the color i needed)... and let them know exactly how I felt... and oh, magically they found enough napkins in my color!! They were going to charge me more money to get them on such short notice, and I was like, no way. That isn't fair & totally not right. I paid for them fair and square and it isn't my fault you waited so long to order them and have to get them rushed. They agreed and didn't charge me extra. But the napkins were supposed to arrive at 8am, and didn't get to me until after 4pm (after I was supposed to drop them off at my venue)... fortunately my venue was understandable.
