We offer engaging wedding films that highlight the most important moments that define you as a couple, rather than trying to deliver a specific running time. We do offer full, unedited documentation of the ceremony and other live events as special features included in packages with DVDs.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes, we have our own off-camera, unobtrusive cinema lighting.
How many videographers do you work with?
Crews vary from 2-4, depending on your event.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Usually, the client gets to meet their head cinematographer, if schedule allows.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Of course, we wouldn't miss it for the world.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
As we have a team of 6 trusted cinematographers, we are able to cover two events in one day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes, all our cinematographers share the same skillsets in case one becomes ill or injured.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We use non-obtrusive, lightweight cameras and support gear. Our gear set is only a little bit larger than a well-equiped photographer.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Generally, each cameraman has 2-3 cameras.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We follow the usual policy of allowing us time to break for meals. If a client does not provide the meal, they must allow 1 hour for the team to go out of the venue to purchase meals.
Do you charge overtime?

Yes, the footage is available to download onto your own hard drive or you can purchase a custom hard drive in a keepsake box from us.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
We use the video only for our own promotion. We do not sell to 3rd parties.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Our clients always trust our creative decisions, but we highly recommend that they fill out our questionnaires, which give us their preferences in both storytelling and music.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
To deliver the highest quality work, we prioritize quality over speed. Some higher end companies quote 1 year, but we're proud to say we generally deliver the final cut within 4 to 6 months.
Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?
Yes, a minimum of 8 hours is best to fully tell your story.
