Do you have liability insurance?
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Yes we offer hand-coloring, toning, isolations, and many others... We love to give our clients choices. Unless specifically requested, we typically edit the photos to match the mood and flow, how the bigger picture would highlight the subjects or if we feel that it would make a bigger statement being edited a particular way.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes, from poorly lit ballrooms all the way to bright sunny day on beach setting
Is your media preference film or digital?
How many photographers do you work with?
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only book one fullday wedding per day, unless they are smaller sessions (i.e. 1 hour or 3 hour packages) we will book up 2 per day as long as each venue does not overlap and are at least 2 hours apart.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Each event is diffrent but typically we bring the cameras, flash, lens, extra battery and memory cards and if needed we can bring in a tripod, other light source, reflectors and props.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Hourly or full day services are available, We can also customize a package that best fits our client's needs
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
It will depend on the venue and if we have other scheduled photo session. Additional hours will be at normal rate
Do you charge for travel?
We currently only provide service on the island of Oahu. *A $25 Time and Travel fee may apply to locations exceeding one-hour commute time, specifically these areas: Pupukea, Waiale E, Kawela Bay, Kahuku, Laie, Hauula, Punaluu, Kaaawa, Nanakuli, Maili, Waianae, Makaha, Kaena Point, Mokuleia, Waialua, Makapuu Point
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, but the clients will also have right for personal use
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We do not offer Raw files to clients
Will images be available for viewing online?
What kind of albums do you offer?
We go hrough a couple of printing and binding company, Asuka Books, Picto Books and Miller's Imaging... just to name a few. We can provide many type and styles of books and we can lay down the choices when we meet up with the client.
When will the client get the final album?
it will depend on the input of the bride and groom on average it take about 2-3 months to include shipping and binding time of the photo lab
