Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
If you'd like to come in to look at any of our collections, we do recommend making an appointment, especially if you plan to come on the weekend or evening. We do accept walk-ins with open arms if that is more convenient for you too!
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
We recommend that brides order their gowns about 9 months out. Mother's, bridesmaids, and flowergirls we recommend ordering about 6 months out. Tuxedo need to be ordered no later than 2 months before.
Do you carry new or once worn gowns?
All of our gowns are brand new. We do not consign or sell used gowns.
How often do you receive new dresses?
We are constantly receiving new stock pieces.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We have three seamstresses who are all independent contractors. They work with almost all of our customers and will meet you at either of our locations for your fittings.
