Do you have liability insurance?

I take my time in the editing process and use a combination of actions, overlays and textures to make each one a unique peice of art.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes. Although I am primarily a natural light photographer, I do carry along a strobe with me for those low-light situations!
Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot all digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
Me, myself and I! Weddings are how I get my excursive! But really, I take the time to scope out each location so I know the best locations to shoot, where to place myself and where to place my subjects! Normally I will scope out each location days in advance so that I am prepared!
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes! Unless I am physically injured in such a way that I can absolutely not make it to the wedding, in which case I will help you locate another photographer. (This has never happened and I am gong to keep my fingers crossed that it remains this way!)
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, I do not rush through any of my weddings but rather take the time to perfect each one!
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I know of several photographers that I refer clients to if I am booked on a particular day or due to injury.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I use all Canon equipment. I am a minimalist; I shoot with 3 lens, focusing on the the people & the moments rather than fumbling around with equipment!
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, you can never be to careful!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer several packaging options to fit any wedding budget!
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Any additional hour on top of the package is an additional $50/hour
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I never REQUEST that the venue serves me, although I have been asked by my clients to have a plate. I always come prepared but I normally have very gracious clients :)
Do you charge for travel?
The packages that I offer covers most of the traveling expense throughout California & Colorado, other states & countries may vary.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
I ask my clients to give me up to 2 months to edit the photos, it does not always take this long, but this is part of the process that definitely should not be rushed, since perfection does not happen over night!
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
You may view all of the photos once edited on my website in a private password protected page, I will keep the photos up for 2 weeks while you make your printing selection process.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes. If I chose to do so, I may publish the photos on my website, weddingwire, facebook and marketing sites.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes via my password protected online gallery for 2 weeks and then the top 20-50 images will then be blogged!
What kind of albums do you offer?
Some of my packages offer custom photo albums, and they can be added to any package on request at an additional fee.
When will the client get the final album?
2-3 months after the wedding depending on the printing process, number of images/pages etc.
