About April Whitney EventsHi, I am April Whitney of April Whitney Events. I have been planning, designing and coordinating weddings for over 20 years and I LOVE IT! I’d like to invite you to take advantage of my complimentary consultation. During the consultation we’ll meet face to face, get to know each other a bit and I’ll ask you to tell me all about your wedding. Because each Bride and each Wedding is different, I will listen carefully, answer all your questions and then suggest ways I might be able to help. Maybe you need full event help, or maybe "Day of" coordination makes more sense for you. If having an event planner is not in your plans but you’re feeling like you need a little help, I also offer hourly consultations, ceremony coordination and itinerary services that can fit in to any budget and also help to make your special day go the way you are hoping.
I also teach a monthly seminar, Wedding Planning 101. It is a two hour class where we talk about everything you need to know to plan your wedding; How to choose and put together a great team of vendors, How to set and stick to a budget, How to create your own wedding style and How not to "lose it" during the process! It’s a fun evening and you’ll have lots of chances to ask questions. Some Bride’s enjoy it so much they come back over and over! Grooms, Mothers, Bridesmaids, and friends are welcome too!
This month’s Wedding Planning 101 is Tuesday, April 21st at 6:30 pm at A Legendary Affair located in Manhattan Beach at 505 Sepulveda. Cost is $10.00 per person and since seating is limited, advanced reservations are recommended.
