This review is for the Atlanta location, Allen Stewart (404) 441-5590 is the owner and operator of The Classic Photo Booth.

We bought a Groupon from them in October of 2012 for our wedding on July 6th 2013. There was some confusion, my wife email the wrong company 10-12 days before our wedding and got a reply that they didn't have use booked. Well she was upset, so I called the number and got a voice mail. I left a stern message (no cussing) that he needed to call me back. After 5 minutes I called back and he answered. I asked him about our July 6th agreement and he quickly checked his calendar and had us booked. That's when we realized that we emailed the wrong company. I apologized to him for my message and told him to disregard it. He said no problem then made a comment about how he wished he hadn't booked us because he wanted to go out of town that weekend. Well I made some comment about sorry. Fast forward to July 5th, my wife receives an email from him stating that "Nikki, due to unforeseen circumstances theclassicphotobooth will not be able to serve your wedding." We even had a signed contract, but it's open ended on his side. So if he cancels, there is nothing you can do. He did refund our money, but he CANCELLED THE DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING!After stating to me that he wished he hadn't booked us. I wouldn't trust this guy one bit, if you do, be very careful or he may do the same thing to you!

I loved having a photobooth at our wedding and my guests really loved it. The website given is for Atlanta, but I actually used the one in Alabama (I'm pretty sure they came down from Montgomery), but it is all run by Rollan Elliott Studios and they coordinate with the vendors in your location. Mr. Elliott failed to give my attendant the location information I provided him so the driver got lost and would not have found us if I had not taken the liberty of calling him on my wedding day to make sure he knew where he was going, so I was not happy about that. The attendants were nice and courteous and set up the booth quickly. I was extremely unhappy, however, that they took down the photobooth early b/c they thought the wedding was over. I booked it for 3 hours and expected to have it up and running for that entire time. My husband and I left for photo purposes and were coming back to the church, and my intention was to take pictures in the photobooth with my friends. But when we got back the attendants had already started taking down the booth and there was nothing I could do. I planning on asking for some sort of refund since I didn't get the full time I paid for. I suggest making sure your attendant keeps the booth up for the entire amount of time you paid for. Also, our names and wedding date were written on the bottom and were supposed to be written in some sort of cursive font and they weren't.
