If ANYONE offers you an opportunity to have an event at this venue... RUN , run, run .....away as fast and as far as you can. PLEASE...please do NOT be fooled by the beautiful chandeliers unless you intend on making this the "begin and end all” of your entire event. Even this has cobwebs hanging from it. The rat infested kitchen is another conversation in and of itself. I got pictures and video footage to prove it. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First thing I need you to do is completely ignore every made-up positive comment and every glamorous picture posted on this venue’s website. Can you imagine getting a call from your wedding coordinator the morning of your wedding who reports to you that the venue you booked for your reception is in a state of total disarray!!! That’s putting it lightly.). ...No tables are set. No chairs are in place. No plates, napkins, glassware or cutlery has been set. The foyer looks like the brakes failed on Santa’s sleigh and he and his reindeer made an emergency landing at Bella’s. Imagine, having to call a cleaning service the morning of your wedding to go to a venue you booked months ago for your wedding reception – to clean the “bridal suite”, reception hall, foyer, and restrooms because it is to “FREAKN” late to call off the wedding reception or get another place. IMAGINE your catering service arriving to the venue and the head chef peeking through the door of the kitchen ABSOLUTELY refuses to unload the food in his catering vehicles because the kitchen at the venue was filled with dirty dishes, pots and woks... every sink filled with molded food left-overs, dirt and filth build-up on top of and under the prep area, dirty grimy silverware all over the place... dirty used plates stacked on racks, rat droppings, dirty linen piled so high it cover one entire wall and one sole venue worker dusting off food stained and grim from chargers to be used at your event. Imagine you caterer having set-up at a nearby church in order to prepare for your wedding. Imagine the floor so sticky and messy that every time you attempted to walk you have to pull your leg from what felt like a mud hole. I COULD NOT believe this was happening until I received the video taken on the cellphone and sent to me. We didn't have any real hiccups or problems during our wedding planning. The staff at Bella were really helpful and worked with us on everything from color schemes to honeymoon spot ideas. Sam was really helpful and had great ideas! Still waiting for our pics to come in but will post soon!

The venue is very beautiful, especially after the remodeling. However, I did encounter many problems in dealing with this venue. I booked it based on the fantastic reviews I read, the affordability, and the prospect of having a provided coordinator to make the experience of planning a wedding much easier. I guess you get what you pay for... I was stressed pretty much the 6 months before the wedding. You have to do everything yourself, there's not really a coordinator and you have to call them out when they're not offering you what you signed a contract for. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IN THE PROPOSAL ENDS UP ON THE CONTRACT!!! My proposal included everything (cake, DJ for 4 hours, food, appetizer for cocktail hour, centerpieces, overlays, chair sashes, table clothes, security, bartender, taxes, gratuity and fees). I ended up having to pay extra for security that never showed and I was almost charged for a bartender but fought it. So many things went wrong, it would just be easier to list everything briefly:
1. Bartenders didn't know how to mix drinks and popped open all my liquor so I couldn't return anything. A lot of my liquor disappeared at the end of the night too. We bought enough for 100 people, only 40 were drinking. 2. Coordinator that was supposed to line everyone up and direct the ceremony never showed up 3. I showed up to a food tasting that had been canceled without prior notice (i drove from the woodlands in rush hour traffic with my infant son) 4. Seemed like every time I called I was assigned a new coordinator until a couple of months before when Sam stepped in. They had told me things that weren't true. 5. cake wasn't cut up much and wasn't passed out to guests 6. I was called on the day of the wedding because an employee of Bella said I had decided not to have my ceremony there (scared the hell out of me) 7. Now they're not returning emails to resolve these issues. Sam tried to work with me but it was all a headache. Book at another venue.

Bella provides a lot of inclusive stuff which makes the venue a good choice. The DJ, food, cake, linens, decorations, and planner are all included with the package. They are super flexible to give you the reception you want. It is in the heart of downtown right around much more pricier vendors. Bella provides a lot of inclusive stuff which makes the venue a good choice. The DJ, food, cake, linens, decorations, and planner are all included with the package. They are super flexible to give you the reception you want. It is in the heart of downtown right around much more pricier vendors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!! When you read the reviews, realize that they are old reviews and praises for a coordinator who is no longer employed. Please base your decision on CURRENT reviews.
1. We had 4 different coordinators and they ALL QUIT days before our wedding. We had to explain the details of our wedding each time, wasting hours of our time. 2. Stay away from Le Viet catering. They provided only 11 waiters for 450 guests! Food service was slow, and there was no water served to guests. 3. The tables had dirty chair covers, missing table number holders, and we were promised 10 place settings and chairs. Nine tables had only 9 chairs! 4. The women's bathroom was under constructiong the day before the wedding. It was disgusting and an embarrassment. The wall had a blow dryer ripped out of the wall with wires exposed. 1 out of 3 bathroom stalls was not working. The men’s bathroom had a leaking toilet. 5. No working audio equipment in place to play our videos. We had to provide equipment (DVDs, AV wires), and stayed up the night before wiring the place. 6. Our wedding cake did not arrive until 6:38 pm. And worst of all, our grooms cake was never cut or served to our guests.
7. The day before the wedding, we find out the venue did not even know they had agreed to serving 3 hor d'ourves during cocktail hour.
8. The DJ was included in our package; but the DJ company didn’t even know about our wedding until the week before!! Bella coordinators never booked the DJ as promised. Instead of sending their primary DJ (James), they sent out one of their staff DJs who brought his girlfriend and drank our alcohol. 9. We had no welcoming table. It was basically their front desk covered in purple fabric, with audio equipment and wires shoved underneath.
We have made many attempts to contact the owner and discuss these issues, but he never returned our calls. WE REGRET WITH BELLA ELAGANTE. They do not care about your wedding.

I really have to begin by saying I was completely overwhelmed with wedding planning after my engagement in September 2012. After looking at countless venues and talking to what seemed like a million vendors, my husband Jon and I decided to have our wedding at Bella. What started off to be the most stressful situation of our lives turned out to be a breeze, thanks to the staff at Bella. They really listened to all of our needs and made sure that we were happy every step of the way. They even went out of their way to help us accommodate our out of town guests (trust me, we both have huge families!). I can honestly say that looking back, going with Bella was the best decision we could have made. Thanks, Bella Elegante!

It was a beautiful venue and we hit a great price. Tabitha was our original coordinator and she was great! But later they gave us a different lady named April. She made the week of my wedding very difficult. She was always late, didn't responded in a timely manner, and was completely rude the night of the wedding. The bartender "had to leave" so we were left with no bar tender and she did nothing to fix it. She acted like it was our problem even though it was a service that we paid for the venue to handle.
