No, but I do make promo clips of my videos available on-line for potential client to view via weddingwire, youtube, facebook and my business website bixlervideo.com.

I edit on Mac Final Cut editing software.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes
How many videographers do you work with?
Myself and one other.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes. At this time we can discuss any questions that the clients may have. Typically this is when the contract will be signed and the deposit will be given.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes. Any event that I agree to do, I am contractually bound to be at. 
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We never double book the day of any event we've been hired to do. That way, if the party decides they would like more time or an additional package, we can do it.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Multiple HD cameras, tripods, unipods, microphones, lighting equipment if necessary, rain gear (just in case).
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Back-up batteries.
Do you charge overtime?
It depends on the package that the client decides to purchase.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
Yes.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
The client is encouraged to give me their input on what type of "look" they would like for the final product.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Between 2-4 weeks..depending on current workload.

Nice guys, took about 4 months to receive my video due to me forgetting to send him my wedding pictures and he could not finish the video. I let him know not to wait on me and I don't need the pictures in the video and he sent the video quickly after. Good quality for the price.

Beware - you DO NOT want to use Bixler Videography. Dealing with Josh Bixler is an absolute nightmare.

Josh seemed really professional early on. He worked with my then-fiance and I to make a Love Story video - which actually turned out fabulous - and he was really flexible with my requests for when/where I wanted him to be at the wedding/pre-wedding/reception. If you had asked me to review his services the day after the wedding, I would have given him 5/5 stars.

However...in December 2012 - four months after our wedding - I started wondering "hmm, when will that video arrive?" and I sent Josh an email. He responded that he was waiting for wedding photographs to incorporate into the video and apologized for the delay. I thought this was strange, but said, "yes, please do not incorporate any pictures, edit the video as is, and send it to us asap" and I gave him my address again. He promised to send the video by "the end of next week." And that was the last I heard from him...

In January 2013 (well after the "end of next week he promised in December) I emailed him again, asking about the video. No response. My husband and I called and emailed him numerous times for several more weeks - we even resorted to asking about our video on his Facebook page - and he never once had the courtesy to answer his phone, call us back, or reply to a single email. Unfortunately, we are now forced to contemplate legal action against him.

A wedding video should be a timeless remembrance of your best day. But he has ruined that for us.

I had to find my videographer at the last minute because I was on my Dad's budget and he told me no to a videographer at first and then changed his mind at the last minute. So Josh Bixler was reccomended by someone that I had wanted to do my wedding but could not. I met Josh Bixler on my wedding day and he seemed like a nice guy, he interviewed my husband and I for some footage and told us what he would be doing for the ceremony and the reception. Everything seemed normal and I was thrilled to have someone video taping this wonderful day. He seemed to do a good job at both the reception and the ceremony so I was not worried. He told my mom who had been the one talking to him about all this that he would have the video done within 4-6 weeks of the wedding. Well when ten weeks passed I realized that I didn't have our video and how long it had been. I looked up his number and left him a voicemail, he did not return my call and I had to call him back the next day when he did answer. He sounded so thankful that I had called him because he was frantically looking for a way to get ahold of me since he said he had wrote down the wrong contact information (somehow wrong phone number AND wrong address). He said that he had been done with the video for weeks and was just waiting to send it out. I also had him repeat the information I gave him so I knew he had the right stuff. This was on a Thursday so he said I should have gotten my video by that Tuesday (5 days). Ten days passes and still no video. I try and call him, multiple times over a weeks time, leaving multiple voicemails, practically begging him to give me a call back and let me know what is going on. I am a very very laid back person and if he just needed more time, all he had to do was tell me so I wasn't thinking that something was wrong with my video. After a week with no success I give his number to my dad and tell him to handle it, since he was the one who paid the $1300 for the video. My dad calls him multiple times over TWO weeks leaving multiple voicemails... with no response. So this is three weeks of calls after her said that he had the video done and just needed to get it sent out.. and he didn't call us back once. I start to panic and call my DJ, who was amazing, Tony Axtell and tell him the story. Being the professional guy that he is he did not like the story at all and said Josh had actually just sent him and email so that he would try and call him. Within 20 minutes I had a call back from Tony saying he left Josh a voicemail and within minutes had a call back from him. Tony asked Josh about the situation and Josh told him he had been trying to get ahold of me because he had the wrong contact info and all he needed to do was send out the video (clearly a lie). Tony already knew this was not true because I had given the contact info to Josh 3 or more weeks prior when he said he didn't have it, and I had him repeat the info back to me. Tony called me back, gave me some good advice, and said to call him if I needed anything else. I was then FURIOUS that he was not only dodging my calls and his responsibility but he was making up lies about the situation, acting as if I did something wrong. I tried calling him twice more in the next day and then resorted to an email. I let him know that if he didn't call me within 24 hours I would be taking legal action, I then re wrote my contact info in that email and made it clear that I was not happy. My mom had also been calling him this whole time. I never received any calls or emails back from him. About two weeks later (April 11) I FINALLY receive my video in the mail. The postage said it was sent out April 10. It had been about 6 weeks since I had FIRST talked to him and he said it would be there in 5 days. There was clearly an issue here, whether it be he was just extremely irrisponsible and didn't send it out or he needed more time. I am 7 months pregnant, a full time student, a wife, and I work.. I know what it is like to get busy so I would have had no problem with him needing more time.
As far as the video goes, it was OK. Ross and I's interviews were good, and the ceremony was good, but the reception part was not good. It was extremely short and extremely choppy. He chopped up our first dance in about 20 different sections, I don't know if he thought this affect looked good but it made the video sort of confusing and we were not able to enjoy watching it (he did this with all the dancing shots he got). He did not get a full shot of the reception area, he got no shots of people enjoying dinner, barely any guests were shown in the video unless they were on the dancefloor, he did get the speeches, he got 1 shot of us at the head table (my husband and I) He did not get the bouquet toss, or the garter toss, or my husband and I walking out of the church (we had a beautiful balloon release). These were the three things we were most excited about watching. Also, I did not see my Mother ONE time in the reception video, and I danced with her probably 50% of the time I was dancing. This stuff was all devistating to me. The quality of the video was OKAY but he should have known some of the most important things to get footage of (speeches, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, family, guests) and he only got about half of those.
I guess I was expecting a masterpiece after what he had put me through for 6 weeks and also because of the fact that he had 6-7 weeks extra time! It was not a masterpiece and I am very sad that I could not have gotten who I initially wanted to do my video. This may seem harsh but I was lied to and treated badly after we had paid him already, I do not want any bride going through what I went through so I would not reccomend him to anyone.
Again, if he needed extra time he had plenty of opportunities to call me and say that, but he had no contact with me after the first initial time I talked to him (or coincedentally after he knew what number was mine and could start screening my calls).

Awesome video. The editing was flawless, the attention to detail beyond our expectations. The footage caught every emotion and fun moment. Josh's professionalism and timely completion of our DVD did not escape our notice. We will enjoy the DVD for many years because it contains memories shot from unique perspectives. It is evident that Josh and his wife care about what they do by the product they turned out for us.
