I would not go back. I ordered my bridesmaid dress in the beginning of July for a January wedding. I was told it take 12 weeks and the lady would call when it arrived. Seemed typical. After 12 weeks in September, I called to follow up. I was told it was scheduled to ship on a date about a week away...maybe it wasn't ordered right away. Ok. Then I didn't hear anything for a few weeks, and I called again. I was then told it was scheduled to ship at the end of November. But I was told 12 weeks? I was told not to worry, because I had plenty of time before the wedding. True, but alterations take time the bride was told by her dress shop the designer stopped making the color in August, and their website confirmed this. I started to worry it wasn't ordered, so I emailed the designer's customer care to see if they could tell me. I'm not sure if the designer contacted the shop, but the next day I received a call that my dress had arrived that day. Maybe this was all a coincidence. I said I would pick it up about 10 days later the next time they were open on the weekend, but I ended up being able to pick it up a couple days later. My dress was mixed in with all the sample dresses customers try on! Have people been trying on my dress!? I didn't pay for a used dress. Was this lady going to use my dress as a sample for two or three months until it "shipped" at the end of November?

Initially customer service over the phone was terrible and I thought the woman was just having a bad day. I had a hard time getting phone calls and messages returned and was afraid my dress had not been ordered and that it would not come in time. The customer service was not only terrible, but they were actually rude to me. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE! I've since learned that they have ruined dresses during alterations...just find another store even if the price is not as competitive.

Bonnie was good to work with, the times to get to her shop were a little difficult for me but my dress was beautiful and they did a wonderful job with the alterations. They only thing I was a little disappointed with was the bustle, it kept falling down at the reception.
