Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We prefer that brides book an appointment to ensure that we can accommodate you and your bridal party. Appointments are ninety minutes and brides work one-on-one with a sales consultant during that time. Bridesmaid/Mother of/Flowergirl appointments may be scheduled separately from your bridal appointment's.
What specialty dress and attire items, such as a Kimono or Sari, do you provide?
We have a variety of jackets/bolero's that may be special-ordered or bought off-the-rack.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
5-6 months. Some of our designers do offer quicker delivery. We also have gowns that may be purchased and taken.
Do you carry new or once worn gowns?
We have dress samples in our shop that brides try on. Once she decides on the dress style and color, we take her measurements and order a brand new dress in the color and size she desires. The off-the-rack gowns are the samples that have been tried on before.
How often do you receive new dresses?
We typically receive new dresses 2-3 times per year. As we go to market we are ordering new seasons of gowns that come in all throughout the year.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We do not have onsite seamstresses; however we have a list of shops we recommend.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
Bridesmaid, mother, flowergirl dresses. Jewelry, headpieces, veils, garters.
